My art planning approach seeks to inspires creativity and innovation that speaks to a unique sense of place. The art planning process gives the community an opportunity to voice its aspirations, vision and uniqueness, resulting in a visionary and directive document. It also stimulates new thinking about the role of the artist in shaping public open spaces and built environments.
Art Planner and Design Team Lead Artist: developed and implemented a design team collaborative approach to architecturally integrated artwork. Beginning in the schematic phase, created an art plan for site-integrated artwork in the new Municipal Courthouse and Police Headquarters.

As part of an overall master plan for the City of Edmond's 4th Avenue Arts Corridor, Pam created a conceptual art plan that capitalized on the Edmonds Center for the Arts as a destination. In this plan, art unifies the corridor experience, embraces the community's culture, creates artistic diversity and most of all celebrates the performing arts.
